Final Certification exams are 100 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes (with a few exceptions*). They are graded pass/fail, and you are informed of your results immediately upon submission. There is no penalty for incorrect answers, so it is in your favor to not leave any answers blank.
*CPRS final exam is 50 questions in 60 minutes, and the three CESA final exams are ~80 questions in 90 minutes each. Master Classes have abbreviated exams, typically 10 questions in 15 minutes.
