Here's some options to troubleshoot login issues:
- Double-check your username: Your username is the email with which you originally signed up on IOFM.com. You will not be able to log in with a different email address or request a password reset to any other email than the one that is your username. (Please note: If you want a different username, you can change it under My Account > User Details when you login.) Contact IOFM Customer Service for assistance with changing your username if you won't be able to change it yourself.
- Reset your password: If you are using the correct email to login, you can request a password reset here: www.iofm.com/password/reset A login link (that will expire after one use) will be emailed to you from customerservice@mg.iofm.com (check your spam folder if you do not receive it -- you will also not receive an email if we do not have an account on IOFM.com under that email address)
- Multiple accounts: Is it possible that you have multiple accounts on IOFM.com? Have you signed up for different products with different emails in the past? IOFM Customer Service can help you consolidate accounts.
- Ask the subscription manager at your company for access (Business/Enterprise Memberships only): If your company has a team Membership, it is possible that you simply haven't been added to the subscription and therefore don't have an account yet. Ask the person who owns the membership to log into their IOFM.com account and check if you have been added under My Account > Subscriptions > Manage Team
