You should have either been prompted to set up a password while setting up your account or received an email from the IOFM team with login information. If you are having trouble accessing your account, simply click the link below and enter your email, and you will receive a password reset link from customerservice@mg.iofm.com.

If you are not receiving your password reset email:
- Please check your junk folder, and whitelist customerservice@mg.iofm.com before trying again.
- Check any email quarantine set up by your IT support, or contact IT support to see if they can assist.
- Please make sure you are using the correct email -- your username is the email that you provided when you purchased the membership or the email to which someone sent you a Membership invitation. Have you changed emails recently? This could be why you are having trouble logging in.
