Please read our Expired Certification Policy for more details. If your Certification expires, you have options, depending on how long it has been expired.
- Less than 6 months: Self-report your CEUs and pay a $55 fee to renew your certification late. You'll be able to do this directly through the E-Learning Center once you've logged your CEUs.
- More than 6 months: Re-enroll for a discounted enrollment fee ($200). You will need to retake the exam to get Certified again. Reach out to certification@iofm.com to re-enroll!
