We find that a blank registration page usually happens because of something on your local machine, so we made the following list of possible resolutions:
- Firewall settings on your company network/VPN might be blocking the registration form. Try accessing from a different Internet connection, turning off the VPN before loading the page or even try it on your smartphone!
- Try from a different browser (even if you're using one of our recommended browsers, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)
- Open the registration page in a browser incognito mode! Incognito mode will disable extensions/plugins that could be interfering.
- Reach out to your IT support! They might know more about your particular situation than us.
