The subscription manager, which is the owner or administrator of an IOFM Membership, is automatically the person whose account the Membership was purchased under. This person has the ability to add/remove Members from the team, upgrade the Membership plan and renew the Membership when it is time. Our systems only allow for one subscription manager of a Membership.
To change the Membership's administrator/owner, please contact the IOFM Member & Certification Success Team at customerservice@iofm.com with the first name, last name, phone number, and email of the new owner.
If the original owner is still with the company, they should be the one to reach out to facilitate this process. If the owner has left the company, IOFM will take steps to ensure that the Membership was purchased by the company (rather than the individual) before transferring the Membership, so any proof of purchase provided will expedite this process.
