When you're adding CEUs, you'll see that it asks for "Verification".
Verification is additional documentation that confirms that you completed the CEUs that you are logging. This step is optional for activities offered by IOFM, but strongly encouraged. It is required for activities outside of IOFM. If your Certification is ever audited, this additional documentation will help you pass the audit.
We recommend uploading the documentation in PDF file format.
Examples of verification include but are not limited to:
- PDF copy of the email confirmation for registration (please do not attach email messages)
- Receipt of purchase
- Syllabus/course overview
- White paper
- Class handout
- Conference schedule
