The webinar confirmation email (with the WebEx login details) for our sponsored webinars (the webinars you have to fill out a form to attend) come from email@example.com. The email is sent shortly after you register, and then reminder emails are sent leading up to the webinar. The last reminder email is typically sent out the morning of.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Did you misspell your email address? You can try registering again.
- Check your spam folder, and any email quarantine set up by your company's IT team.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list, and wait for a reminder email.
- If you still are not able to find your original confirmation email and have not received any reminders, contact IOFM Customer Service before the scheduled start time of the webinar, and we can work with the webinar team to get you access.
