If you're seeing a grayed out "Add CEU" button (like this ) and you can't click on it to add CEUs to your account, here are some troubleshooting tips to help resolve your issue:
- Make sure that ALL required fields are filled out: If there is an asterisk next to it, then you have to fill it out in order to be able to save the CEU(s).
- Switch to Google Chrome: We find that users experience this issue more frequently on Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
- Use an appropriate verification file: We recommend using a PDF.
- Skip the verification file for activities provided by IOFM only: It is a good habit to upload verification files for all of your CEU records. However, if the activity was provided by IOFM, it is optional to include a verification file.
For activities outside of IOFM, lack of verification file can put your Certification at risk if your CEUs are ever audited, so please contact the IOFM Member & Certification Success Team if you have tried all of the above with no resolution.
