Welcome to IOFM! Here's what you need to know next:
Need help logging in? You already have an account on IOFM.com under the email that you used to place the order. If you know your password, go ahead and login! If you do not know your password, check out this Help Center article for additional assistance.
Need a receipt? Your order has been placed. You’ll receive an email notification of its completed status from customerservice@mg.iofm.com. Go to this email notification and click “View PDF of your invoice” at the top.
You need to add all of your team members, including yourself, to your subscription in order for them to become IOFM Members. Click here for instructions.
When you add a user to your team, they will receive an email from customerservice@mg.iofm.com with a link to login. If they miss this welcome email, they can also log in to their new membership by resetting their password.
Do you need to review your account details? Review your membership details on the My Account page on IOFM.com under "Subscriptions." If you paid by credit card (or want to next year), this is where you will be able to enable/disable automatic payment settings. Please note that if you paid by credit card, automatic payments are automatically turned on after purchase -- follow these instructions to disable.
