- Membership can be transferred at anytime during an active subscription period.
- Please reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@iofm.com to transfer Membership to another person. If transferring to another individual at the company, please have the original subscription manager themselves reach out to approve the transfer and give the new account information (first name, last name, email and phone number).
- If this is not possible (for instance, the original subscription manager has left company), please try to include proof of purchase as part of your transfer request (to demonstrate that it is a company asset and not the individual’s). If no proof can be provided, then IOFM will take steps to ensure that the Membership was purchased by the company before transferring, so the transfer may be delayed.
