Membership can be transferred at anytime during an active subscription period.
Please reach out to Customer Service at email@example.com to transfer membership to another person. If transferring to another individual at the company, please have the subscription-holder themselves reach out to approve the transfer and give the new account information (first name, last name and email).
If this is not possible (for instance, the original subscription-holder has left company), please include proof of purchase as part of your transfer request (to demonstrate that it is a company asset and not the individual’s).
Please note that when a membership is transferred, all payment methods are cleared out for security reasons. Therefore, if auto-renew payments were enabled, they will be disabled and need to be set back up again.
