Here's some options to troubleshoot login issues:
- Double-check your username: Your username is the email with which you originally signed up on IOFM.com. You will not be able to log in with a different email address or request a password reset to any other email than the one that is your username. Contact IOFM Customer Service for assistance with changing your username if you can't log into your account.
- Reset your password: If you are using the correct email to login, you can request a password reset here: www.iofm.com/password/reset A login link (that will expire after one use) will be emailed to you from customerservice@mg.iofm.com (check your spam folder if you do not receive it -- you will also not receive an email if we do not have an account on IOFM.com under that email address)
- Multiple accounts: Is it possible that you have multiple accounts on IOFM.com? Have you signed up for different products with different emails in the past? Contact Customer Service, and we would be happy to assist with sorting this out for you.
- Ask the subscription-holder at your company for access (Business/Enterprise Memberships only): If your company has a team membership, it is possible that you simply haven't been added to the subscription and therefore don't have an account yet. Ask the person who owns the membership to log into their IOFM.com account and add you under My Account > Subscriptions > Manage Team
