If you see this error: "ERROR: Each submission must have unique values for the following fields. Please return and enter values that have no already been submitted: Email Address"
It means that you are already registered for this webinar/whitepaper.
For a live webinar: You were sent an email confirmation with login details from: firstname.lastname@example.org
For an on-demand webinar or whitepaper: You were sent an email with the link to access your content. The email has a sender name of email@example.com, but the actual email itself comes from Formstack (service we use to build online forms) and will look like <noreply+randomly generated string of numbers and firstname.lastname@example.org> For example: <email@example.com>
If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. The follow-up email should have been sent within a few hours of your registration. Check with your IT department to ensure there are not additional security settings filtering the email out. The following domains should be whitelisted: @iofm.com, @formstack.com (for confirmation of registration) and @webex.com (for webinar login information).
For live webinars, Webex will also send a reminder the day before a webinar and the day of, so there are plenty of chances to get the login information once you make sure you can receive messages from the appropriate email address (the login link is unique to you -- we can't resend it to you).
